I’m Kayla
I am an online transformation coach, podcast host, business owner, and dog mom (my most important job right now obviously).
And I am a big believer that you should be able to feel fit, confident, and sexy naked without making fitness and “meal prepping” your whole personality.
I’ve spent the last decade trying to build my “dream body.”
I’ve done the diets, the challenges, the strict meal plans, the New Year’s resolutions… and over and over again, I’d end up right back in my old habits.
Until I finally learned the right strategy to actually create the results I wanted:
To feel lean, toned, and confident in my skin, in photos, and in what was staring back at me in the mirror.
For years, I did everything the “right” way:
Ate super clean
Tracked my food and tried to stay under 1,500 calories
Did cardio weekly, if not daily
Followed the plans, Instagram workouts, and meal templates
Restricted my favorite foods and avoided going “off plan”
And still, I’d look at photos or try on clothes and think: “How am I working this hard and still staying the same?”
Every time I asked for help or spent hours stalking what other fitness influencers were doing, the advice was always the same:
“Be more consistent.”
“You just have to be disciplined.”
“Do these specific workouts.”
“Cut out these foods.”
And honestly? It just made me feel more overwhelmed and more broken.
Because I was doing those things. If working that hard was the whole answer, it would’ve worked by then.
It wasn’t until I stopped bouncing between what everyone else was doing and focused on the strategy I was missing that everything changed.
I stopped guessing. I stopped starting over every few weeks. And I now live in the reality of the results I dreamt about!
Now, I teach women just like you how do the same (and hopefully without the wasted time and years spent bouncing between plans).
