Thank you for choosing Wellness with KK, LLC DBA Kayla Durck Fitness for your coaching services. By purchasing or using our services and products, including but not limited to 1:1 coaching, group coaching, challenges, and independent programs, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

BY COMPLETING YOUR PURCHASE, YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

INTRODUCTION

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of digital products, workout guides, online courses, coaching services (including 1:1 coaching, nutrition coaching, and group coaching), challenges, and access to community platforms hosted on Trainerize and Skool (collectively referred to as the "Services").

By purchasing or using any of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not purchase or use our Services.

Kayla Durck Fitness reserves the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any updates will be reflected on our website, and it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

SERVICES PROVIDED

Kayla Durck Fitness offers digital workout guides, online courses, and coaching services that include:

  • 1:1 Coaching: Personalized fitness and nutrition coaching.

  • Nutrition Coaching: Guidance and education tailored to your dietary goals.

  • Group Coaching: Structured coaching programs with group access.

  • Challenges: Limited-time fitness and nutrition challenges.

  • Community Access: Interaction with other members through Trainerize and Skool.

NO REFUND, CANCELLATION, OR TERMINATION POLICY

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our digital products and coaching services, no refunds, cancellations, or reductions will be granted under any circumstances.

  • Coaching agreements are binding for the full term of the program.

  • Early termination or withdrawal will not result in a refund, prorated fees, or transfer of services.

  • By purchasing coaching services, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

COMMUNITY ACCESS & RULES

Access to our community platforms (Trainerize and Skool) is granted for active members of our coaching programs, challenges, or courses. You agree to follow all platform policies and our community guidelines, which include but are not limited to:

  • No abusive, defamatory, discriminatory, or offensive content.

  • No solicitation or promotion of outside services or products.

  • Compliance with local, state, and federal laws.

Violations of these guidelines may result in immediate removal from the community without refund.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, materials, workout guides, courses, and Services provided by Kayla Durck Fitness are the proprietary property of Kayla Durck Fitness. By purchasing, you receive a limited, non-transferable, revocable license for personal use only.

  • You may not resell, distribute, modify, or exploit any of our materials without explicit written permission.

  • Unauthorized use or reproduction of our content may result in legal action.

DISCLAIMERS & LIABILITY LIMITATION

Kayla Durck Fitness provides fitness and nutrition education but does not guarantee specific results. Your progress depends on multiple factors, including personal effort, consistency, and adherence to the program.

No Warranties:

  • All Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

  • We are not liable for any injuries, health conditions, or financial losses resulting from your participation.

By purchasing and participating in our Services, you acknowledge that you assume all risks and agree to release Kayla Durck Fitness from any liability.

AFFILIATE DISCLOSURE

Kayla Durck Fitness participates in affiliate marketing programs. This means we may recommend products or services and earn a commission from qualifying purchases made through affiliate links.
