Due to the digital and personalized nature of our products and services, all sales are final. This includes:
1:1 Coaching and Personalized Programs
Fitness App Access
Digital Guides, eBooks, and PDFs
One-Time Program Purchases
Once access has been granted or materials have been delivered, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued.
Coaching Commitments
All 1:1 Coaching is delivered under a contracted term. By signing your agreement, you commit to completing the full term of your program. Cancellations, early terminations, or partial refunds are not permitted.
Access & Delivery Issues
If you experience any issues accessing your program, guide, or digital materials, please contact us at hello@kayladurck.com within 24 hours of purchase. We’ll ensure your access or delivery issue is resolved promptly.
Exceptions (If Applicable)
If you receive the wrong digital product or experience a technical error that prevents access, please email hello@kayladurck.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. Include screenshots or details describing the issue so we can assist.
