Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for choosing Wellness with KK, LLC DBA Kayla Durck Fitness. Please read our refund and return policy ("Policy") carefully. By purchasing our services or products, you agree to the terms outlined in this Policy.

1:1 Coaching Services (Fitness & Nutrition, Nutrition-Only Coaching)

All 1:1 coaching services, including but not limited to Fitness & Nutrition Coaching and Nutrition-Only Coaching, are provided under contract for an initial term. For 1:1 coaching services, an initial contracted period is required. Cancellations are not permitted during this period or any renewal contracted period agreed to and signed by the client. Termination during the contracted terms is not allowed by the client.

  • No Cancellations, Refunds, Returns, or Reductions: Due to the nature of these personalized services, there are no cancellations, refunds, returns, reductions or warranties, expressed or implied. The time you select and sign in your contract is considered your contracted period and cannot be reduced, changed, or modified. By signing your coaching agreement, you are committing to work with Wellness with KK, LLC, and its coaches for the specified period, and Wellness with KK, LLC is equally committing to providing services to you for that time frame.

Group Coaching

Group Coaching is offered on a month-to-month subscription basis.

  • No Refunds or Returns: Group Coaching services cannot be refunded or returned for the active subscription period.

  • Cancellation: You may self-cancel your Group Coaching subscription at any time before the next billing cycle to prevent further charges. Once the billing cycle has commenced, no refunds will be issued. You can also reach out to hello@kaylaknight.com for information regarding your subscription and cancellation before your renewal.

Challenges

If the challenge has not yet started, you may request a refund within 24 hours of your purchase. After 24 hours, no refunds will be issued.

  • Immediate Access to Resources: If you sign up less than 72 hours before the challenge start date and gain immediate access to the challenge materials, you will not be eligible for a refund or return, regardless of the time of purchase.

Independent Programs (Including but not limited to: Macro Calculations, Subscription Workouts, Fitness Programs, Guides)

Independent Programs, including but not limited, to one-time macro calculations, subscription-based workout programs, one-time purchase fitness programs, and guides, are non-refundable and non-returnable. The terms are as follows:

  • No Returns or Refunds on Independent Programs: Due to the digital nature of these services and products, including PDFs, guides, macro calculations, and other resources, all purchases are final. No refunds or returns will be processed.

  • Playbook.io Programs: Programs hosted on Playbook.io are subject to Playbook.io's Terms of Service. Playbook.io does not allow refunds or returns for one-time purchases. For subscription programs, you may cancel your subscription before the renewal date, but no refunds will be issued. General Terms

  • Legally Binding Agreement: By making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this refund and return policy. This Policy forms part of a legally binding agreement between you and Wellness with KK, LLC DBA Kayla Durck Fitness.

  • Modifications to This Policy: Wellness with KK, LLC reserves the right to modify or update this Policy at any time without prior notice. All changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

  • Jurisdiction and Governing Law: This Policy and any disputes arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes must be resolved in the competent courts of the State of Colorado.
