    I offer two coaching packages—Basic and Premium—so you can choose the level of support that fits your needs.

  • Personalized nutrition coaching, meal planner, and macro guidance to help you reach your goals. Great for any goal including fat loss (deficit), recomposition (reverse diets), and gaining muscle mass (surplus). This plan does NOT come with a training plan.

  • A monthly coaching subscription for 4 weeks of workouts and macros to help you stay consistent and follow a plan designed to help with fat loss and build muscle mass.

  • 6-week challenges designed to push you and challenge you - because if you are not challenging yourself you are not changing. These are completed in a group setting and a great addition to any coaching plan. There are challenges, community, and more to help you accelerate fat loss and build muscle mass.

  • Looking for a program to get you started or that you can do at your own pace? I have several workout programs for you do-it-yourselfers. I offer both subscriptions and one-time purchase guides that you can keep forever. From my Tone and Sculpt to my 8-week home challenge there is a program for everyone.

  • Nutrition coaching is personalized. So depending on if you are looking to eat intuitively for your goals, track macros, or even complete a reverse, everything will be personalized to your goals.

    Each week, you are provided with a 7-day interactive meal plan tool and grocery shopping list that updates with current macros. The meal plan is designed around your macros and food sensitivities, allowing you to know exactly what meals to eat to hit your macros. The interactive part allows you to change serving sizes in recipes along with swapping out meals if one doesn’t sound good with options that fit your macros.

    Plus, you get accountability, unlimited changes, and resources/education from me to help you build strong and healthy habits.

  • Group coaching is one of my favorite programs for getting started. It gives you a taste of what coaching is like if you are on the fence, but it is also perfect for those looking for support and consistency with a plan that they can successfully do on their own.

    While group coaching isn’t personalized to your goals and it doesn’t offer the accountability for 1:1 check-ins, custom changes, and support, it comes with an amazing community of women just like you to keep you motivated, inspired, and working alongside you.

    This is a no contract program so you can cancel at any time before your next renewal. And you can join at any point in the program.

  • Most of the year, I work off of a waitlist. The application will tell you if it is open enrollment and if I am currently taking clients or if the application is closed and if you are applying to be a part of the waitlist.

  • Online is a great option (and in my opinion better) because it allows you to workout from anywhere, on your own time, and gives you access to a personal trainer every day. Whereas in person is often 1-2x per week and done in sessions of 45-60 minutes. While in-person can give great hands-on experience online can offer way more in terms of hands-on time and is significantly more affordable.

  • I have several different packages and is dependent on promotions, availability, months signed up for, etc.

    I charge on a monthly basis with a 4-month minimum commitment. Those packages range from $150-$350/month depending.

    • Basic coaching: Ranges from $197-$250

    • Premium coaching - Ranges from $250-$350

    • Nutrition coaching - Ranges from $150-$250

    • Group coaching- $49/month

    • Challenges - Range from $147-$199

  • Check-ins are done weekly and monthly and allow you to review your progress for the week and check in with your coach on areas you are doing well and areas you are struggling, This is a crucial part of training as it allows for accountability, adjustments in the program, form checks, and more 1:1 time.

    Full 1:1 is designed for those looking for a transformation. It includes both a personalized training and a nutrition plan to work together.

    However, if you already have a training plan that works, but want added support for a reverse, deficit, or surplus, nutrition coaching is perfect.

  • Unfortunately, it all depends on availability. Current clients get available spots first and generally will renew for 4-12 months. Because of that, it can be hard for spots to open up. For that reason, I recommend applying for coaching and getting on the waitlist ASAP, because you can always turn down a spot if I reach out with an opening.
