The transformation coaching program is often under waitlist for a majority of the year. I work with a very small number of women at a time, allowing me to give them full attention and deliver exceptional results.
For that reason, the waitlist will save you’re spot and you will be notified when spots are available.

I have several different packages for the program based on specific goals and needs. However, the minimum commitment length for new clients is 16-weeks.
For example, someone looking to lose 5lbs vs someone looking to lose 40lbs and then build muscle mass, will require very different programs and program lengths to see results.

No, the training programs are self-starter, self-paced programs. These guides are designed to give you a progressive overload plan to follow, with video guided exercies.

Transformation coaching is based on the length of commitment, but most women spend around the same as a latte or takeout meal a day.

Yes! All my programs offer home versions, and my personalized programs are created around you, your fitness level, and available equipment. Around 60% of the women I work with are on home programs!

Most women know me from my podcast, Balance & Barbells, or from sharing my love for fitness and early mornings online.
I’m a certified Personal Trainer, Fitness & Nutrition Coach, Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach, and Pre & Postnatal certified. That matters because I want you to follow a science-based approach to fat loss, not another random program.
