Most women know me from my podcast, Balance & Barbells, or from sharing my love for fitness and early mornings online.

I’m a certified Personal Trainer, Fitness & Nutrition Coach, Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach, and Pre & Postnatal certified.

That matters because I want you to follow a science-based approach to fat loss, not another random program.

My mission is simple: I want every woman to experience the confidence that can only be built through fitness. Becoming your strongest, healthiest, and most confident self, no matter where you are in your journey.

Fitness is more than working out and dieting. It’s about building a strong body and mind. My programs are designed for real women with real lives who still want to look and feel their best.

Most programs focus on quick fixes, restrictive dieting, and motivation without strategy. If you want to lose fat, build muscle, and look lean and toned, your plan needs structure. Nutrition, training, and consistency have to be rooted in what actually works if you want results that last.

After years of dieting, doing endless cardio, and feeling stuck myself, I never want another woman to feel exhausted, frustrated, and working hard with little to no progress.
